Just a quick note to say thank you for the recent service.
I especially want to say that the maintenance person, Zac, that came to carry out the service is excellent. Not only is very personable but he is very thorough and competent. My background is engineering and I like to take a little time with service people and have a chat with them. After speaking with Zac it became apparent he is very conversant with the units he’s servicing and also with the overall system. He did a very thorough job of cleaning everything and gave me some pointers for things I can keep an eye on, which I like. He also rectified some ducting which had become detached in the ceiling space. I had put down the lack of cold/warm down to over stretching the system. Now all the rooms are heated perfectly.
Overall everyone I deal with in Valley Air, from the ladies that answer the phones to people like Zac are all very friendly and competent. Everyone is of the same demeanour. I have found that if people are in a place where they are happy to work it reflects in their attitude.
Your system of notifying customers that services are due and people are in transit is very good.

I just wanted to thank everyone involved in getting the 3 new split systems we ordered successfully installed.
In particular, I wanted to specifically mention the guys who installed the units yesterday (in some unfriendly temperatures !). I was only there at the start, but when I returned home my partner, who was home for the duration, commented on how professional, polite, courteous and respectful the installation team were.
She was especially impressed with the way the more experienced staff were teaching and explaining things to those she assumed were being trained and how they “went above and beyond” to ensure everything was exactly as we wanted.
For my part, this is the third installation at our address in Waratah, and as previously, I have found the workmanship outstanding and the end result exactly what you would expect from hard working, dedicated and professional staff.
