Who May Be Eligible for the Brighte Home Energy Saver Loan?
You may be eligible if:

• Your household’s combined annual taxable income does not exceed $210,000
• The property is not social housing
• The property is not being used for short stay accommodation
• You meet Brighte’s credit assessment requirements
Your selected air conditioning equipment must also meet the Home Energy Saver program requirements.
The loan is subject to Brighte approval and should never be considered guaranteed finance.
Can I Use the Government Air Conditioning Incentive and the Brighte Loan Together?
