Hi,

I would just like to say how happy I am with the dealings that I have had with Valley Air conditioning.

I had a couple of Fujitsu split systems  put in  a couple of years ago , and would highly recommend Valley air conditioning to anyone that I know.

From Mitch that sold me the units, out of the 3 companies that I obtained quotes from,Mitch had the most knowledge of what I required. The installers did a great job of positioning the units where I needed them to be placed ,and more recently when I have needed the units to be looked at the ladies that answer the phone provide a very good service, I obviously have had dealings with Bill in the service dept, and have found him always extremely helpful and willing to solve any issues I have had . Your company turns up on time and if not, text advising about unavoidable delays.

We have just had Zack out again regarding a smell issue we have had with the units and  as always found him very helpful  and competent in what he is doing.

I have recommended Valley air to some of my friends who have been looking for air conditioning , and would not hesitate to recommend your company in the future

From the onset Danielle was so friendly and efficient and helpful and then Mitch Fahey came out and was very switched on about delivering exactly what I wanted. Then the quote was amazingly detailed and I love that you email the PDF’s of the products quoted.

We had our units installed yesterday and a young Mitch and his helpers were awesome. It was 37 degrees and a challenging job and young Mitch was so calm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his workers. And all of them were so respectful of us and our belongings.

It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with your company and my large scale renovation would have been so much more enjoyable had everyone been as switched on as you guys are.
